Yay! I did it!

I warmed up the water (actually milk for this recipe), but I didn’t let it get too hot. I shot for 100-110 degrees. The thermometer helped a TON!
I proofed my yeast (in a bit of the warm but not too warm milk).
I added the flour gradually and didn’t add too much.
I kneaded it for 8 minutes (it helped that the kids let me).
I let it rise in my stoneware bowl (stoneware is supposed to help the dough stay warm).
I let it rise long enough, but not too long (about an hour each time)
I baked it at a slightly higher temperature. (335 instead of 325)
